Religion

The main religion in Thailand is Buddhist, more specifically Theravada Buddhist. That makes up about 94% of Thailand. The other biggest religion is Muslim coming in at about 4%. Every man in Thailand must become a monk for a certain period of time before the age of 20. When you are a monk there is over 100 rules you have to follow. Sometime people won’t make it more then a few days. Thailand also has over 30,000 temples.
